Minced Pork Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3-4 chicken eggs
- 1/2 cup minced pork
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pork seasoning powder
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Crack the chicken eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the minced pork and season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pork seasoning powder. Mix well with a fork until the eggs and pork are well combined, creating a fluffy mixture.
- Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the egg and minced pork mixture into the pan. Allow the bottom side to cook until it’s well-done. Then, use a spatula to flip the omelette to the other side, ensuring both sides are evenly cooked.
- Once the omelette is fully cooked, transfer it to a plate and serve hot with steamed rice.
